01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the contractual relationship between baji888 ("the Company", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("User", "you", "your") who accesses or uses the baji888 platform, website, mobile interface, or any associated service available at baji888.vin.

By completing the registration process, making a deposit, placing a wager, or accessing any part of the baji888 platform, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in full. 03 Account Security & Responsibility

You are wholly responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your baji888 account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your account. You must not share your login details with any other person under any circumstances.

You must notify baji888 immediately through the in-platform live chat support channel if you suspect or become aware of any unauthorised access to your account, or if you believe your login credentials have been compromised. baji888 will take reasonable steps to assist in securing your account upon receiving such notification, but shall not be held liable for losses or damages arising from unauthorised access that occurred prior to your notification.

04 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

All baji888 account transactions for Pakistani users are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). baji888 supports deposits and withdrawals via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change. The current list of active payment methods is displayed within your baji888 account dashboard at all times.

Deposits: Most deposits to baji888 via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are credited to your gaming balance immediately or within a few minutes. 05 Betting Rules & Void Markets

All sports bets placed on baji888 are subject to the specific betting rules applicable to each sport and market type. By placing a bet on baji888, you confirm that you have read and accepted the relevant sport-specific rules available within the baji888 platform. General betting rules that apply across all markets on baji888 include the following:

• All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed by the baji888 system. Bets not confirmed by the system — due to connectivity issues, insufficient balance, or system errors — are not valid.
• baji888 reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market where a manifest pricing error has occurred. A manifest error is defined as an obviously incorrect price that a reasonable person would recognise as erroneous.
• In-play bets are subject to live market suspension during critical match events (wickets, goals, injuries). Bets placed during a suspended market will be voided and stakes returned.
• If an event is postponed, cancelled, or abandoned before the minimum required time of play has been completed, all bets on that event will be voided and stakes refunded, unless a result has already been determined under the applicable sport rules.
• In the event of a discrepancy between the baji888 display and the actual result of an event, the official result as confirmed by the relevant governing body (e.g., PCB for Pakistan cricket, ICC for international cricket) shall be final.

baji888 reserves the right to limit the maximum bet amount on any market, restrict specific accounts from accessing certain markets, or suspend markets without notice where operational or integrity concerns arise.

06 Casino & Game Rules

All casino games, live dealer games, slot titles, and instant win products available on baji888 are operated by certified third-party game providers. Each game is governed by its own set of rules, which are accessible from within the game interface. • Opening or operating more than one baji888 account, or colluding with another person to create accounts for the purpose of exploiting promotions or manipulating markets.
• Using software, algorithms, automated scripts, bots, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, play casino games, or interact with any baji888 system in a manner not intended for standard player use.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, result manipulation, or insider betting using information not publicly available at the time of bet placement.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting strategies designed to exploit pricing inconsistencies across markets or to guarantee profit regardless of outcome.
• Using baji888 accounts for any form of money laundering, financial fraud, or other illegal financial activity. baji888 is obligated to report suspicious financial activity to relevant authorities in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information during registration or KYC verification.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, disrupt, or gain unauthorised access to any baji888 system, server, database, or network infrastructure.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing baji888 staff, customer support agents, or other players in any communication channel associated with the baji888 platform.

09 Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in and to the baji888 platform, including but not limited to the baji888 name, logo, website design, software architecture, graphics, text content, data structures, and game interfaces, are owned by or licensed to baji888. Nothing in these Terms grants you any licence or right to use baji888 intellectual property for any purpose other than accessing and using the platform as an individual registered player.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any part of the baji888 platform or its content without the prior express written consent of baji888. Unauthorised use of baji888 intellectual property may result in civil or criminal liability under applicable intellectual property law.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, baji888, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the baji888 platform, including but not limited to:

• Any loss or damage arising from your decision to gamble, including losses that result in financial hardship.

baji888's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the platform, howsoever caused, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your baji888 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11 Privacy & Data Protection

baji888 collects, processes, stores, and uses your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering a baji888 account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
